We are a small family run business in Hope, Hope Valley. In the heart of the Peak District National Park.
We have a small farm on the slopes of Losehill where we rear Aberdeen Angus and Hereford Cattle. We also have a flock of Mule, Masham and Jacob sheep.
All the Lamb and Beef we sell in the farm shop is reared on our farm. The Beef is hung traditionally for a minimum of 3 weeks to improve quality and flavour.
We sell a range of cooked meats, all prepared and cooked ourselves on the premises. We also stock a range of fine English Cheeses, Quiches, Meat Pies, Pork Pies, Pasties, Home Made Biscuits and Cakes.
Robert cures his own bacon and is renowned for his famous Black Pudding.
